For a good definition of your career goal, I recommend this self-analysis or of yourself: SWOT ANALYSIS
PERSONAL:
How to get the best version of yourself-a?
What should I ask before starting a job?, And thus have a better focus on your job search?
How am I?
How am I good?
What things motivate me? What I miss the time without realizing it? What kinds of things I pay attention?
What stands out? What is my value?
What needs improvement?
What are my values? What do you give importance? Distribute list of values. Exposing the 10 most important.
